At Tuesday's Ville Platte Rotary Club Meeting, Radiation Oncologist Dr. Lawrence Menache spoke to the club about Savoy Medical Center's exciting new treatment for Osteoarthritis that is getting excellent results. Rotarian Angela Fontenot invited Dr. Menache, and Radiation Therapists Kory Credeur and Christy Waldmann also joined us for lunch.

Dr. Menache also reminded everyone of the importance of cancer screening. There have been so many advances, and early detection is key.

The next Rotary Club meeting is on Tuesday, August 18th, and the program will be presented by Mable Foreman.
