Megan - The Varick - When I began bartending at the Varick last year I can recall being extremely anxious and nervous that I would mess up a patron’s drink! However, all of the Varick patrons were extremely welcoming. Now, going to work at the Varick is more like entertaining and reconnecting with old friends. Treating patrons with a smile goes a long way. This contest would not only assist me with pursuing my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Utica College, but it would allow my boss to promote his business! Thank you for the opportunity!
