SIMON COWELL CALLS OUT RUSSELL BRAND: Simon Cowell recently spoke to Shortlist where he called out Russell Brand for a recent tirade he made on BBC calling for a revolution in England and suggesting that poor people are exploited. Simon told the website, "A revolution? He's getting $10m a movie. I mean, come on! Well, give your money back then, Russell. I always say that about people. Start off as you mean to go on. Donate all the money back to the revolution and then I'll believe it. I'm living in a 10-million dollar mansion and I want a revolution? Give me a break."
JESSICA BIEL ISN'T PLANNING A FAMILY RIGHT NOW: Jessica Biel may play a delusional mother in her new film The Truth About Emanuel but don't expect her to get maternal in real life any time soon. When asked if the role made her want to start her family with Justin Timberlake sooner or later, Jessica responded, "I don't know. I'm not quite sure about sooner or later, but definitely at some point." EVANGELINE LILLY UNHAPPY ABOUT WOMEN'S HEALTH MAGAZINE COVER: The Hobbit actress Evangeline Lilly sat down with Conan O'Brien recently where he asked her if the people at Women's Health magazine warned her ahead of time that they planned to put her on the cover with a huge arrow pointing at her butt with a headline that read "Best Butt Ever!" Lilly responded, "No! "Do you think I would've done the shoot if they said, 'Oh, by the way, we're gonna say, 'Best Butt Ever!' and put an arrow to your behind.' No! You know, every woman's after a kind of classy image." She added, "It's a women's magazine. It's not Maxim."
KIRSTIE ALLEY ADDRESSES LEAH REMINI'S ANTI-SCIENTOLOGY COMMENTS: Kirstie Alley appeared on Howard Stern's radio show on Wednesday (December 4th) where she revealed how she feels about Leah Remini's recent anti-scientology comments to the media since leaving the church. Kirstie told Howard, "I think that is the most repulsive thing that a person can do, is attack another person's faith. No one cares that she's left Scientology." Kirstie continued, "I just want everyone to know that I have hundreds of friends who have come into Scientology and left Scientology…You're not shunned, you're not chased. All that stuff's bullish*t. However, when you are generalizing and when your goal is to malign and to say things about an entire group…when you decide to blanket statement that Scientology is evil, you are my enemy." She also confessed, "I have blocked her on Twitter. Because she’s a bigot!"
HAYDEN PANETTIERE AND WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO SETTLE IN NASHVILLE: Hayden Panettiere revealed to People at the CMT Artist of the Year awards on Tuesday (December 3rd) that she and fiancé Wladimir Klitschko have decided to settle in Nashville because of her commitment to working on her ABC show there. She told the magazine, "That's a big investment and a big commitment for something like a TV show that can be very fleeting. But after a year and a half of living here, I felt that I had enough personal investment here, that I want to have a grounding here, even if something happens to the show. Knock on wood it won't! But I have amazing friends here and this just feels good as a home base."
